RETURNS

Due to the handmade and personal cosmetic nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any condition. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on the efficacy of our products. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please be sure to view photos and read the comprehensive information we provide about the products prior to purchase to ensure it is a match for what you seek. Our range of facial care products are also available in generous sample sizes to allow you to test the product before committing to a full size container. You may cancel any order for a full refund prior to shipment by requesting it within 24 hours of order placement. If a package is returned due to an unclaimed status and/or nonpayment of charges or delivered to an inaccurate address at no fault of our own, we will not issue a refund.

There are certain situations where a refund or replacement may be granted on a case by case basis, these include but are not limited to:

  • DAMAGED PRODUCT
  • INCORRECT PRODUCT

Package insurance is automatically included with every order, and in the event of a problem with the package, you may file a claim for a resolution of your choice. Time is of the essence, you have 10 business days from the day of delivery to let us know you have received an incorrect or damaged item, or that you have not received your package. We are unable to process refunds or replacements without photos, please be sure to take a photo as soon as you receive your package. In these cases, you will be issued a refund or offered a replacement at no cost to you. There is no need to return the product you already have. We will also refund or replace if your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact us if your tracking number indicates your package is lost. Packages are only considered lost if the carrier does not mark it as delivered; once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the package if the customer opted out of the automatic insurance option. 

REFUNDS

If you are approved for and select a refund option, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only refund the amount actually paid, so if you purchase during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price. Please contact your financial institution if you have not received your refund within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again and make sure to pay close attention to the DEPOSITS/CREDITS section.Then contact your financial institution, there is often a processing period before a refund is posted to your account and they can better advise you about this.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after the 7 business day period, please contact us at service@epanouieskin.com. We will be glad to facilitate the process for you to the best of our ability.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a product is purchased on sale, you will only be refunded the discounted price. Sale items are not refunded at full price nor do offer a replacement option for items purchased during a sale. 

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are incorrect or damaged. In the case of a replacement, a refund will not be issued. Items will be shipped out at no cost to you. There is no need to return ship the damaged/incorrect product in your possession.

REPLACEMENT SHIPPING

All product replacements are shipped out at no cost to you. If you opt for a refund, you will not receive a product replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary. Our customer service team is available to assist if you have questions about your replacement shipment.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your order.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver's payment method.
