We want to start by sincerely thanking all of our customers for their support and patience during this period. From the Épanouie team to you and your loved ones, we sincerely hope everyone is staying safe during these unprecedented times. We want to especially extend our well wishes to those who have lost their loved ones and livelihoods during this crisis. 

We are taking every measure to ensure the health of our employees and customers during this time. We are running short staffed as we adhere to social distancing measures and operate on rotating shifts, therefore we ask that you have patience with us as we navigate this as a business. Processing time is currently 15 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to shipment due to heavy order volume and COVID-19 related supply chain interruptions. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Please do not place an order if you cannot wait this amount of time. Requests to expedite processing will result in order cancellation. 

In addition, international orders are currently unavailable into the foreseeable future. We hope to resume fulfillment of international orders when courier companies resume their normal operations.
